As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and property staff while responding to concerns with professionalism and integrity. Join Allied Universal's agile, reliable team, where a caring culture and teamwork put people first.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $23.00 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeMon 04:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue 04:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, and report unauthorized access concerns or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns accurately in daily activity reports and incident reports.Minimum Requirements:Possess at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security experience.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
