As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors while contributing to a secure, welcoming environment. Join Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative team, where a caring culture, teamwork, and integrity guide every shift.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $18.75 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Sat 07:00 AM - 07:00 PMSun 07:00 AM - 07:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, docks, parking areas, employee entrances, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report suspicious activity or policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and promptly in accordance with site requirements.Minimum Requirements:Customer service experience is preferred.Access control and badge experience is preferred.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.ClosingAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
