As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Join Allied Universal, where agile, reliable, and innovative teams put people first, work together, and act with integrity.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $17.50 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, loading zones, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, hazards, and policy violations according to site procedures.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.Prepare clear and accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.Minimum Requirements:Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.Customer service experience is preferred.Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.A guard card or license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Florida State Security Agency License No. B Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
