As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service while representing Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $19.50 / HourJob Schedule:Day Time Wed 04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSat 06:00 PM - 01:00 AMSun 05:00 PM - 12:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, loading zones, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and document security-related incidents, observations, and patrol activity.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and public emergency services when directed.Help maintain a professional presence throughout the property to help deter unauthorized activity and support a welcoming environment for occupants and visitors.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
