As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. You will provide exceptional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting while demonstrating Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $17.50 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.Monitor access to the logistics and distribution location, verify visitor and driver credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders according to site procedures.Observe loading and shipping activity for unusual conditions, report damaged barriers, lighting issues, or other security-related concerns, and complete required daily activity reports.Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.ClosingAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
