As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail and mall location, you will drive routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for guests, tenants, and staff. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to concerns while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $21.00 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Sat 07:00 AM - 11:00 AMSun 07:00 AM - 11:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and report suspicious activity, hazards, property damage, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs while communicating relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.A guard card or license is preferred.Pepper spray certification is preferred.Handcuffing certification is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
