As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government museum location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors, staff, and guests. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture with integrity and teamwork.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $15.00 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeMon 10:45 AM - 06:15 PMFri 10:45 AM - 06:15 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to visitors, staff, vendors, and/or members of the public while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a public museum location.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of galleries, entrances, exterior areas, parking areas, and perimeter spaces to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directional information, and report unauthorized access or policy violations according to established procedures.Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency services as needed.Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain communication with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities.Minimum Requirements:Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
