You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, operate a vehicle as part of this driving post, and deliver outstanding customer service. Bring your communication skills and commitment to integrity to a caring, agile team that puts people first.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $18.95 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a healthcare and research location.Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report access-related concerns to appropriate site contacts.Complete clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site management.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
