As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a government educational location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving position requiring a valid driver's license. Join Allied Universal's agile, reliable, and caring team, where integrity, innovation, and teamwork support meaningful work every day.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $16.92 / HourJob Schedule:Day Time Mon 03:30 PM - 12:00 AMSat 07:00 AM - 03:30 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and members of the public while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of school buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, directing guests and reporting unauthorized access concerns to appropriate personnel.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate school personnel and/or emergency services as directed.Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities through clear and accurate reports.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
