As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal's driver policy. Join a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and committed to putting people first through teamwork and integrity.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $20.50 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Thur 04:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri 04:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat 10:00 AM - 10:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to shoppers, associates, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly in accordance with site procedures.Minimum Requirements:At least two years of security-related experience is required.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Loss prevention experience is preferred.Access control and badge experience is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
