This role blends routine patrols, strong communication, and customer service with a team-oriented approach grounded in integrity, reliability, and innovation.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $16.72 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site guidelines.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.Monitor foot traffic, observe storefront and public area activity, and communicate with site contacts regarding suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related issues that may impact operations.Support closing and opening routines, assist with crowd and queue observation during busy periods, and document daily activities, incidents, and/or notable conditions in required reports.Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.ClosingAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
