As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a defense-focused location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and incident reporting. This driving position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and committed to integrity.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $24.18 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification protocols.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, deliveries, and contractors in accordance with site policies.Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns in required reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.Minimum Requirements:At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.An active DoD Secret clearance is required.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
