As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused, and integrity-driven values.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $14.50 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeFri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor and contractor authorization, directing delivery drivers, and reporting access-control irregularities according to site procedures.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.Observe and report conditions that may affect operations, including unsecured doors, damaged fencing, unusual activity, and restricted-area access.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.ClosingAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
