Signal Patrol GuardPatrol DriverGreater Phoenix Area (Maricopa County) Starting @ $18.50/hour Full-Time and Part-Time Weekend availability requiredIf you're dependable, observant, and take pride in helping people feel safe, Signal wants to hear from you.We're hiring a Patrol Guard in Phoenix, AZ, to perform both vehicle and foot patrols in residential and commercial areas. In this role, you'll help protect property, monitor high-value areas, secure access points, and provide a visible security presence that gives residents and clients peace of mind.This is a great opportunity for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while staying connected with a larger team.What You'll DoConduct foot and vehicle patrols in assigned areasMonitor courtyards, offices, pools, access points, and other designated locationsHelp protect residents, property, and client assetsComplete detailed activity and incident reports using company technologyCommunicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and clientsProvide professional, courteous customer serviceDe-escalate issues calmly and appropriatelyMaintain your assigned patrol vehicle, including cleanliness, inspection, and fuelingCare for assigned equipment such as radios, keys/cards, uniforms, and devicesFollow all post orders, company procedures, and site-specific instructionsWhat We're Looking ForAt least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or GEDValid driver's license with a good driving recordReliable transportationAbility to pass a background check and drug testStrong communication and organizational skillsReliable, professional, and punctualAvailable to work weekendsAble to move equipment weighing up to 20 poundsWilling to complete the required training during the first monthMust have a valid Arizona guard cardWhat Makes You a Strong FitYou may be a great match for this role if you are:Calm under pressureObservant and attentive to detailComfortable working independentlyProfessional in appearance and attitudeGood at communicating clearly and respectfullyCommitted to excellent service and safetyWhy Join SignalAt Signal, your work matters.
