As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist visitors, tenants, and staff with exceptional customer service. You will communicate clearly, report observations, and support a welcoming environment while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first values with integrity and teamwork.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $18.94 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Fri 10:00 PM - 02:00 AM Sat 10:00 PM - 02:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail center, common areas, parking facilities, exterior perimeter, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and assist with directing visitors, providing information, and reporting maintenance or security-related concerns.Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site management, Allied Universal leadership, and/or local law enforcement as appropriate.Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
