You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. Bring strong communication skills and integrity while working with a reliable, caring, and innovative team.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $20.25 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, common areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.A guard card or license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
