St Jo Frontier is a favorite of locals and visitors alike.This position is responsible for protecting company assets and providing a safe environment for employees and guests.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Safeguard the company's assets.Enforce company security regulations and security department policies and procedures as directed by the Safety and Security Manager, Shift Supervisor or Lead Officer.Perform all security-related duties for the casinoEscort all transfers of money and/or chipsPatrols all sections of the casino to identify safety hazards and breaks in security.Conduct investigations on reported incidents as directedInvestigate employee fraud against the company and customers as directedInvestigate accident reports as directedAny reasonable request made by ManagementMeet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litterPerform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner.Maintain proper department uniform, appearance, and grooming standards.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
