As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support personnel and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. Join Allied Universal's agile, reliable, and innovative team, where a caring culture puts people first and integrity guides every action.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $21.04 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access requirements, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and security-related concerns.Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and report access-control discrepancies to appropriate site contacts.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports, maintain required logs, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and designated site personnel.Minimum Requirements:Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.A guard card/license is preferred.CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Licensed by the New York State Department of StateAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
