Security Officer Shift SupervisorChattanooga, Tennessee Pay: $16.00-$17.00/HourShift: Hiring for 2nd and 3rd, weekends and holidays are required. If you are looking for a meaningful career, a culture of excellence, and the ability to make a difference, we want to talk to you!ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business informationMaintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as requiredMonitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environmentRespond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security managementOther duties as assignedRequired QualificationsMust be at least 21 years of age.Minimum one year of security experience required.Minimum of one year supervisory experience required.Valid Driver's License and clean driving history RequiredHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED)TN Security License RequiredAble to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weatherPreferred QualificationsBi-lingual considered a plus.Evening, overnight, and weekend availability requiredPay and Benefits of Shift Supervisors: Position pays $17/ Hour Paid time off and paid holidays Medical and Dental insurance Opportunities for career growth and promotion Skills-enhancing training
