Job description
Security OfficerRespond to assist anyone reporting a security incident. Maintain a visual presence designed to deter unwanted activity through active patrols (on foot and vehicle). Document details of security incidents and calls for service.QualificationsHigh School Graduate or GEDAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with staff and the public, to understand and follow standard operating procedures, to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance.At least 21 years of age.Possession of a valid driver's license.Prefer individual to have law enforcement experience but not required.Required to have current Willis Knighton Health System Certification to carry a weapon while in performance of job. Certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
