As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, and staff. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, teamwork, and care.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $18.00 / HourJob Schedule:Day Time Fri 08:00 AM - 04:00 PMSat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PMSun 08:00 AM - 04:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.Respond to incidents, disturbances, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.Monitor access points and property activity, assist with traffic and parking flow when assigned, and maintain awareness of retail operations and posted property rules.Prepare clear, accurate reports and logs regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.A guard card/license is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
