As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control activities, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. Join Allied Universal's agile, reliable team, where caring for people, teamwork, innovation, and integrity guide every shift.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $21.00 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeMon 02:00 PM - 10:30 PMTue 02:00 PM - 10:30 PMSat 06:00 AM - 02:30 PMSun 06:00 AM - 02:30 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, access concerns, and maintenance issues.Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, and report unauthorized entry attempts or suspicious behavior to appropriate personnel.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and contacting emergency services when needed.Prepare clear and accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.Minimum Requirements:At least one year of security-related experience is required.Customer service experience is preferred.At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.Access control and badge experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
