As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, and staff. This driving position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first values with integrity and teamwork.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $17.50 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeMon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout retail common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.Monitor access points, observe activity within assigned areas, and report unusual conditions, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain clear communication with site management, law enforcement, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.A guard card/license is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and a rustic guard shack.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
