As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and deliver exceptional customer service. This is crucial for roles that require driving as part of job responsibilities.Access Control/Badge ExperienceCandidates should have experience with access control systems and badge management (B201). Familiarity with these systems is important for maintaining security protocols within our facilities.Comfortable Using Computer or TabletProficiency in using computers or tablets (B204) is required. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to navigate software applications and perform tasks efficiently on digital devices.CPR CertificationCPR certification is mandatory for certain positions. Training will be provided free of charge by Allied Universal (B205). Candidates must complete this training prior to commencing employment.Customer Service ExperienceA background in customer service (B219) is essential for roles that involve direct interaction with clients or customers.
