As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, support access control and badge processes, observe X-ray screening activities, and use computer or tablet systems to document security-related information. Join Allied Universal to deliver reliable service through teamwork, agility, innovation, care, and integrity.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $19.61 / HourJob Schedule:Day Time Mon 08:00 AM - 04:00 PMTue 08:00 AM - 04:00 PMWed 08:00 AM - 04:00 PMThur 08:00 AM - 04:00 PMFri 08:00 AM - 04:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology and semiconductor manufacturing location by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, laboratories, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with site procedures.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations.Complete required activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications while supporting security-related operations at the location.Minimum Requirements:X-Ray screening experience is preferred.A guard card or license is preferred.Access control and badge experience is preferred.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
