You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access-related activities, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Bring a people-first mindset as you work collaboratively, act with integrity, and contribute to a welcoming environment through agile, reliable, and innovative service.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $19.50 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Sat 01:00 PM - 09:30 PMSun 01:00 PM - 09:30 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.Respond to incidents, access concerns, property-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, documenting patrols, incidents, unusual conditions, and maintenance-related observations in accordance with site procedures.Maintain a professional presence while communicating clearly with site personnel and visitors, following Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements.Minimum Requirements:Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Access control and badge experience is preferred.Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
