You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Guided by our agile, reliable, and innovative approach, you will work with a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $16.50 / HourSecurity experience 1+ yearJob Schedule:Day Time Mon 02:30 PM - 11:30 PMTue 02:30 PM - 11:30 PMFri 02:30 PM - 11:30 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a logistics and technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate logs for personnel, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and security-related concerns.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations promptly to site leadership and/or emergency responders as directed.Help support the orderly movement of people and vehicles by observing dock activity, reporting access-control concerns, and following established traffic and visitor-management procedures.Minimum Requirements:Possess at least one year of security-related experience.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
