This is a driving position where you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. Use strong communication and teamwork while reflecting our agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture with integrity.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $19.25 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeMon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, property concerns, and/or access issues.Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and site information, and report security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with property management, tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.Minimum Requirements:At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Alarm panel experience is preferred.Loss prevention experience is preferred.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.ClosingAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
