Unarmed Security OfficerU.S. Main Patrol Division is an up-and-coming Security Firm that provides services to various companies in Washington D.C. and Maryland.Job SummaryWe are seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to join our growing team. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be available to work evenings, overnights, and weekends as needed. Assignments may be located throughout Washington, D.C., Maryland, parts of Baltimore, and Virginia. The ideal candidate is motivated, attentive, and dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, staff, and visitors. Applicants must have at least three (3) years of security experience.Required Credentials (Must possess at least one):Valid DC Security Officer (SPO) CommissionValid Maryland Guard CardValid Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) RegistrationResponsibilitiesPatrol and monitor assigned premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or disturbancesProvide a visible security presence to deter illegal or inappropriate actionsPerform access control duties, including verifying identification and logging visitorsRespond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in a calm and professional mannerDocument daily activities, observations, and incidents in clear, accurate reportsMaintain open, professional communication with clients and supervisorsConduct regular post checks to ensure compliance with company standardsSubmit accurate timesheets to support timely payroll processingQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of security experienceMust have reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periodsExcellent observation, reporting, and communication skillsHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and dependabilityMust be flexible and willing to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as neededCompensation$18 – $22 per hour (based on experience and credentials)Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour With over 30 years of experience providing services to Commercial, Residential, and Industrial clients.
