Job Description
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Surveillance Security Officer. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye and the ability to capture every detail as they monitor a series of screens, ensuring the safety of the premises and spotting threats before they escalated.

Site Location: Sturtevant, WI 53177
Set schedule: Saturday, 2nd shift 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.; Sunday, 1st shift 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Competitive hourly wage of $17.50 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees)

Responsibilities
Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
Document events and incidents, writing detailed reports
Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities
Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious emergencies
Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications
Authorized to work in the U.S.
High School Diploma or GED
Pass an extensive screening process
Strong report writing skills
Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
Proficiency with technology
Preferred: Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience
State license if required
