From the first level security officer to the CEO, St. Moritz is committed from the top down to provide the highest level of service possible.Job Title: Unarmed Security OfficerLocation: Solon, OHSchedule: Saturday-Sunday 7:00 am- 3:00 pmPay: $16.00 per hourCore ResponsibilitiesConduct security patrols (walking, vehicle, golf cart, or bicycle).Monitor and identify security risks, hazards, and emergency situations.Respond to incidents and emergencies according to company policies and post orders.Write detailed incident and activity reports.Provide customer service and interact professionally with visitors, employees, and clients.Perform site-specific security functions such as:Lobby/reception securityVisitor managementLoading dock securityLoss preventionRetail securityElevator and access control monitoringFollow company procedures, attendance requirements, and grooming standards.Participate in required training and orientation programs.Key QualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent.Must be at least 18 years of age.Reliable transportation.Strong written communication skills for report writing.Ability to remain professional and use sound judgment in stressful situations.Strong customer service and de-escalation skills.Preferred1–3 years of work experience.Security, law enforcement, military, or customer service background.College coursework in security-related fields.Experience in security operations or scheduling.This job reports to the Daniel Smeriglio. This is a Part-Time position 1st Shift, Weekends.
