You will remain alert, communicate professionally with team members and visitors, and support a welcoming environment while helping to deter incidents. Pay Rate: $18.69 / Hour

What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and other authorized items entering and leaving the logistics and distribution location in accordance with site procedures.
Monitor access points and verify credentials, shipping documentation, and authorization for entry into designated areas.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including the business perimeter, loading areas, and parking locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Minimum Requirements:
X-ray screening experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
