Whether it's customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.What's in it for you:Site Location: Needles, CASchedule: Applicants must be flexible and available to work any day of the week and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as scheduling needs may vary.Competitive hourly wage of $22.00 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance optionsCareer growth opportunities at GardaWorldUniform provided at no costResponsibilities for Response Security Guard:Monitor the premises to ensure securityConduct patrols to spot any suspicious activityControl access points and verify identitiesRespond quickly to incidents or potential threatsProvide excellent customer service while maintaining securityWrite detailed reports on events and incidentsCollaborate with authorities during serious situationsEnsure the safety and protection of individuals and propertyQualifications for Response Security Guard:Be authorized to work in the U.S.Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GEDAbility to think quickly and adapt to changing situationsMust have a valid driver's licenseMust be at least 21 years of ageResponsive and strong problem solving skillsIf you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)Flexible Availability: Must be willing and able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as operational needs require. Shifts may vary from week to week.
