Part Time_ Security Officer in Great Neck, NY
Part Time, Weekend Shifts, Overnights
Security License required
Pay Rate $18.00 Per hour

We provide a comprehensive range of essential facility management services to over 1,000 clients across various sectors, inclusive of commercial and government buildings, residential communities, schools, industrial facilities, transportation hubs, and retail outlets throughout the East Coast and New England.
Guardian Service Industries is hiring for Security Officer
Positively interact with residents, guests, and vendors while assisting with day-to-day requests and resolving complaints
Communicate with building management and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Log and keep track of both concierge and building keys for resident use or move-in/move outs
Maintain safety and security of the building, including monitoring security cameras, responding to emergencies and concerns promptly and efficiently, and exercising great judgement including escalating issues immediately
Maintain accurate and complete shift logs ensuring proper "handover" for successful communication through shift changes
Additional requirements are dependent on each building and location
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
Part-Time positions are available. All Part-Time positions have the option to turn into Full-Time based on performance.

Security Officer Qualifications
• Valid New York State Security Guard License
• 8-Hour Pre-Assignment Training Certificate
• 16-Hour On-the-Job Training Certificate
• Prior experience in residential security, corporate security, concierge security, or customer-facing security roles preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
