Security Scheduling Coordinator
Islandia, NY
This is a fully on-site role with operational and administrative responsibilities
Full-time, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Monday, 9am-5pm, 32 hours weekly
Competitive hourly wage of $22.00
Job Description
The Security Scheduling Coordinator is an operational employee of the company responsible for scheduling, inspections, personnel training, delivery of supplies to accounts and filling account posts for a specific shift on an as needed basis, typically reporting into an MSS or CSM. The Security Scheduling Coordinator works with the MSS, CSM’s, Project Managers and/or Site Supervisors in the branch to develop schedules, fill open shifts and oversee the Special Response Officers. The Security Scheduling Coordinator role is 100% tactical and operational and may be called upon to provide off hours support to the branch. The Security Scheduling Coordinator is expected to build upon a culture of employee engagement and set the example for all employees in the branch of servant leadership and personal commitment to the GardaWorld Values.
Performance Metrics
The Security Scheduling Coordinator is expected to achieve the following metrics within GardaWorld’s performance-based business environment:
100% of shifts covered by qualified personnel at all accounts during the responsible shift
Personnel inspections and training of personnel to all accounts during the responsible shiftNon-Billed Overtime management at or below company goal
Become proficient in all software systems (on-boarding, scheduling, financial)
100% compliance to the GardaWorld Mandatory

Your Background
You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
Experience with scheduling
NYS security license
