Professional Security Shift SupervisorAllied Universal is now hiring in Ashton, PA at Neumann University. This is a full-time position available Monday through Sunday with multiple shifts. The hourly rate is $21.00. There are excellent career advancement opportunities, including paid orientation, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) for full-time employees. Candidates must be 21 years of age or older, have at least one year of security experience, prior supervisor experience, a valid driver's license with a clean driving history, and the ability to work outdoors in the elements and stand/walk for long periods of time.Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor. The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.Qualifications/Requirements:At least 21 years of agePossess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experienceEffective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelinesAbility to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwritingAbility to read and understand all operating procedures and instructionsDriving Positions: must possess a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle requiredAs a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test, may be required to pass Drivers Record checkIntermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sitesAbility to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficientlyDisplay exceptional customer service and communication skillsAbility to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficientlyBenefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance; the company's retirement plans; seven holidays annually paid at time and a half, if worked; and 40 hours of vacation after one year of employment at eligible work assignments; unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
