Security Specialist ResidentialThe Security Specialist Residential position at Two North Breakers Row involves providing protective services to residents and the property. Responsibilities include monitoring surveillance systems, controlling access, responding to security and safety concerns, conducting investigations, and assisting residents with various requests.Responsibilities:Monitor surveillance systems and control access to the premisesInspect apartments and mechanical rooms for security issuesAttend daily briefings and follow security protocolsRespond to resident security and safety concernsConduct investigations and write incident reports as necessaryAssist residents with requests after hoursDeliver newspapers and inter-office mailBe the first responder to emergencies and alarmsEnforce safety regulations and respond to security incidentsMaintain composure and professionalism in all situationsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentProven experience in security or related fieldAbility to remain calm and make sound decisions in stressful situationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with security protocols and procedures
