(GardaWorld) Saving you $15-$20 a day!Career development: Opportunities to learn and grow as a person while working on site.Valuable experience: Working for a major, high-profile company provides excellent, recognizable experience for your promotability at GardaWorld.Networking opportunities: The site's environment allows security officers to interact with a diverse mix of people, from employees to visitors.Responsibilities of Security Shift SupervisorEnsure all officers are relieved for their breaks and meal breaks timely during their shift.Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activityReact quickly to threats or incidentsOversee inspections, training, and scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations across assigned accounts.Collaborate with MSS, CSMs, Project Managers, and Site Supervisors to develop and manage staffing schedules and fill open shifts.Provide hands-on leadership, including recruiting new supervisors and promoting Special Response Officers (SROs) for career advancement.Tactical Engagement: Occasionally fill account posts for specific shifts and deliver patrol services to designated accounts.Foster a culture of servant leadership and employee engagement by modeling the company's core values and promoting high performance standards.Achieve key goals, such as 100% shift coverage, regular personnel inspections and training, and recruiting to maintain full staffing levels.Become proficient in all company software systems related to onboarding, scheduling, and financial operations.Ensure 100% compliance with GardaWorld's mandatory requirements and operational standards.Qualifications of Security Shift SupervisorMust have 2 years of security supervisor experienceMust be at least 21 years of ageMust have a valid driver's licenseBe authorized to work in the U.S.Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GEDYou have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process).First aid certification is an assetIf you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.
