Security Site SupervisorStep into a leadership role where your experience matters. As our Security Site Supervisor, you'll run the show at a busy retail location — leading a team of officers, building a strong relationship with the client, and keeping employees, shoppers, and property safe every day. If you're a natural leader who thrives on structure, mentorship, and making quick decisions under pressure, we want to hear from you.Pay rate: $25/hour | Weekly Pay |Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday Day Shifts (Flexibility Sunday - Monday is a MUST)What You'll DoLead the SiteRun daily shift briefings, assign posts, and make sure staffing always meets contract requirementsOversee access control, patrols, visitor/vendor management, and alarm responseKeep accurate logs, incident reports, and daily activity reports; catch and fix issues before they become problemsLead the TeamBuild the schedule, manage timekeeping, and keep coverage solid through call-offs and vacationsCoach and train officers — post orders, emergency response, de-escalation — and help them growDeliver fair, consistent feedback and support recruiting/onboarding for new hiresBe the Face of the SiteServe as the client's go-to contact, with regular check-ins and service reviewsPartner with facilities, HR, and safety teams on audits, campaigns, and special eventsShare clear incident summaries and performance updatesKeep Everyone SafeLead the response to emergencies — medical, evacuations, severe weather, and moreEnforce uniform standards and keep equipment (radios, AEDs, flashlights) mission-readyEnsure compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety protocolsWhat You BringHigh school diploma/GED and 3+ years of retail security experience, including 1+ year supervising a team.Strong communication skills and a calm, professional presence under pressureComfort with CCTV/access control systems and Microsoft 365Flexibility for variable shifts, weekends/holidays, and occasional after-hours responseAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningEEO Statement:Prosegur is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity and inclusion at our company.
