Prestige Security Solutions is a full-service security integration and consulting firm specializing in the design, installation, and support of modern physical security systems. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Security System Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will meet with residential and commercial clients, perform on-site walkthroughs to evaluate security needs, and recommend customized security solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable meeting clients in person, identifying vulnerabilities, and providing professional recommendations that help protect homes and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Schedule and conduct on-site walkthroughs and security assessments for potential clients.
Evaluate properties to identify security risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
Design and present customized security system proposals including alarm systems, surveillance cameras (CCTV), access control, and monitoring services.
Educate clients on available security technology and system features.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts for customers.
Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with installation and technical teams to ensure proper system implementation.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous sales experience preferred (security systems, technology, home services, or construction industry is a plus).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to conduct property walkthroughs and identify security needs .
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of alarm systems, video surveillance, access control, or smart home systems.
Experience performing site assessments or consultations.
Strong presentation and closing skills.
Ability to explain technical products in simple terms.

The pay range for this role is:
45,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Westford, MA)
