Job description
Amara Resort and Spa in Sedona, owned and operated by Northwood Hospitality, seeks a Director of Sales & Marketing to drive revenue across rooms, catering and events. You will develop strategies, oversee a sales team, and engage leisure and group clients while coordinating with the revenue and marketing teams to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hotel sales leadership, proven revenue generation, and the ability to travel.
