Seed Processing TechnicianA local agricultural company is seeking a Seed Processing Technician to join their team. This hands-on role involves operating conditioning equipment, performing quality checks, and keeping production running smoothly. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and mechanically inclined. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.Schedule:April–September: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMOctober–March: Mon–Fri, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (includes $2/hour shift differential)Requirements:Strong communication and teamwork skillsComfortable with physical tasks (climbing stairs/ladders)Must pass background and drug screeningAble to work independently and follow safety proceduresBenefits:Wages start at $22 - $24 Hour + $2 shift differential pay October to MarchPTO, paid holidays, medical/dental/vision401(k) with match, profit sharingCompany-paid life and disability insurance
