Job description
Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our growing Cardiology team in Warsaw, Indiana! We offer an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced Cardiologists and APPs in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Experienced PAs are preferred, but highly motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply!
Your Role
As a Cardiology Physician Assistant, you'll provide comprehensive care across both inpatient and outpatient settings, with the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
Position highlights include:
Inpatient and outpatient clinic rotations for a well-rounded clinical experience
No call required - enjoy greater work-life balance
Obtain patient histories and perform comprehensive examinations
Assess patients and develop or revise individualized plans of care
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
Supervise stress testing
Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care
Collaborate closely with a team of experienced Cardiologists and APPs
Who We're Looking For
Physician Assistant with a passion for cardiology and patient-centered care
Cardiology experience preferred
Highly motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
