Job description
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Location: Wilmington, DE
Employment Type: Full Time Contract for the 25/26 School Year
Pay: $51-$56

We are now hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for a school in Wilmington, Delaware.
Job Requirements
Candidates must meet Delaware licensure requirements, including:
Valid Delaware SLP license from the Division of Professional Regulation
Certification from the Delaware Department of Education for school-based work
Graduate degree in Speech Language Pathology
ASHA certification preferred
Job Duties
Key responsibilities include:
Assessing student speech and communication challenges
Creating and carrying out personalized therapy plans
Supporting IEP goal development and delivery
Coordinating with school staff and families
Maintaining detailed records and progress reports
