Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Segment CISO for the Power and Energy segment to lead cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and incident readiness across CRM, manufacturing, and supply chain.
This role partners with segment executives to enable growth while protecting enterprise value. You will build a high-performing security team, drive security across the delivery lifecycle, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements across a global footprint.
