Job description
Wellmark, Inc. is seeking a strategic professional for its Segment Strategy team in Des Moines, Iowa. You will play a key role in shaping Wellmark’s strategies for core market segments by connecting market insights and corporate objectives.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in strategic planning and data analysis. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to lead initiatives and ensure alignment across teams.
Health insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.
