Job description
The Idaho Department of Health & Welfare is seeking a Self-Reliance Specialist in Salmon, Idaho. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with holidays off, handling high-volume, high-stress customer service for benefits programs. Not eligible for telework.
Candidates will assist families with services under SNAP, Health Care, Child Care, and cash assistance while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards. Pre-employment drug testing applies.
