Action Labor & Staffing Connection is hiring a Selling Branch Manager to lead our next chapter of growth in construction and industrial staffing .
Since 1986, we've connected quality labor with the businesses that build America. Now we're looking for an entrepreneurial leader with B2B sales experience ready to run their own territory — with our support behind them.
What you'll own:
Drive new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals with commercial clients and contractors
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals for temporary labor services
Oversee daily branch operations — worker dispatch, client coordination, and service delivery
Recruit, train, and lead your branch team to hit revenue targets
$55K base + uncapped commission (realistic total comp: $70K–$150K+)
