CPM $0.64 Per Mile
Detention Pay $15.00 Per Hour
Holiday Pay $290.00 Per Day
Live Stop $50.00 Per Stop
Miscellaneous Work $24.00 Per Hour
New Hire Training $270.000 Per Day
Off-Account Work $270.00 Per Day
Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour
Tarping Pay $75.000 Per Load

In addition to the number of activities completed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.
J.B.
