Job TitlePosition is responsible for providing general labor maintenance skills to the DPW Operations Maintenance Section.Position ResponsibilitiesProvide general labor functions commonly associated with City municipal work assignments.Assists with asphalt patching, crack sealing, concrete work, playground equipment repair, grounds keeping and other related duties.Assists with snow removal functionsCleans/washes equipment as neededOperates small motorized equipmentAssists with the daily care and maintenance of tools and suppliesThis list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent required. May be required to perform manual tasks that require lifting and carrying of objects in excess of twenty-five (25) pounds or more. A valid Indiana Driver's License is preferred.If your qualifications meet the requirements of the posted position, your application will be referred to the hiring agency.
